Founded in 2017, I Kan Housing Pvt. Ltd. is a people-first company driven by a mission to
bring structure and transparency to the highly unorganized real estate sector in India.
The foundation of the company was laid by Shivanshu and Saurabh, whose shared passion for
reimagining the real estate space dates back to 2010. During their early discussions, they
envisioned introducing new ways of working that could transform the industry. Their common
ethics and values became the bedrock of I Kan Housing’s value-oriented culture, with a clear
focus on building trust and transparency.
From the very beginning, the vision was about more than just selling properties — it was

Having accurately predicted the real estate boom in India in recent years, Shivanshu and
