About Project

EXCLUSIVE 444 is one of the pioneer residential project, being designed and developed by VN Buildtech. EXCLUSIVE 444 was funded by SWAMIH INVESTMENT FUND-I (“Fund”) for capital to complete the project on time. This Fund is a category II Alternative Investment Fund that has been formed under the Special Window for housing projects as announced by the Hon’ble Finance Minister, Government of India, to provide last mile funding to enable completion of construction and fast track the delivery of housing projects to the customers. The Fund is sponsored by the Government of India and managed by SBICAP Ventures Ltd which has now been completed and achieved for the possession with complete amenities and basic infrastructure for the home buyer’s.
